शनि के उपाय

जिनकी कुण्डली में शनि कमज़ोर हैं या शनि पीड़ित है उन्हें काली गाय का दान करना चाहिए. काला वस्त्र, उड़द दाल, काला तिल, चमड़े का जूता, नमक, सरसों तेल, लोहा, खेती योग्य भूमि, बर्तन व अनाज का दान करना चाहिए. शनि से सम्बन्धित रत्न का दान भी उत्तम होता है. शनि ग्रह की शांति के लिए दान देते समय ध्यान रखें कि संध्या काल हो और शनिवार का दिन हो तथा दान प्राप्त करने वाला व्यक्ति ग़रीब और वृद्ध हो.शनि के कोप से बचने हेतु व्यक्ति को शनिवार के दिन एवं शुक्रवार के दिन व्रत रखना चाहिए. लोहे के बर्तन में दही चावल और नमक मिलाकर भिखारियों और कौओं को देना चाहिए. रोटी पर नमक और सरसों तेल लगाकर कौआ को देना चाहिए. तिल और चावल पकाकर ब्राह्मण को खिलाना चाहिए. अपने भोजन में से कौए के लिए एक हिस्सा निकालकर उसे दें. शनि ग्रह से पीड़ित व्यक्ति के लिए हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ, महामृत्युंजय मंत्र का जाप एवं शनिस्तोत्रम का पाठ भी बहुत लाभदायक होता है. शनि ग्रह के दुष्प्रभाव से बचाव हेतु गरीब, वृद्ध एवं कर्मचारियो के प्रति अच्छा व्यवहार रखें. मोर पंख धारण करने से भी शनि के दुष्प्रभाव में कमी आती है.
